Skills and attributes for success

The Must-Haves:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Economics, Law or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the cybersecurity or software development industry.

Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and experience working in Agile development environments.

Strong technical background with knowledge of software development processes, technologies, and tools.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Proven track record of delivering successful software products on time and within budget.

Any experience with TIC (testing, inspection, certification) sector project is an advantage.

Any experience or knowledge with vulnerability analysis or penetration testing tool(s) (e.g. Tenable - Nessus, SonarCube, etc.).

 


 

 

What will be Your key responsibilities?

 Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research and customer feedback.

 Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.

 Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is well-groomed, prioritized, and clearly defined. 

 Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, testers, and cybersecurity experts, to deliver high-quality software solutions. 

 Provide clear and timely direction to the development team, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.

 Serve as the primary point of contact for questions, clarifications, and decisions related to the product.

 Conduct regular reviews and demonstrations of the product with stakeholders to gather feedback and validate requirements.

 Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.
