What will be Your key responsibilities?

Planning and managing project teams and allocating resources in cooperation with other PMs

Proper preparation of projects before any activity starts

Clarity on objectives and deliverables and transparency and control over the 
    project lifetime 

 Tracking the project progress and budget with proper administration in the
     so-called “folio” file

 Escalating conflicts and issues on time to ensure mitigation is possible

 Managing contracts with subcontractors related to the project (if needed)

 Providing project updates and status reports on a regular basis 

 Managing projects in an agile way

 Measuring project success (including project benefits) and reporting to
     management

 Organizing and actively participating on project meetings (internal and
     external)

 High-quality client management

 Working out and managing projects end to end with full responsibility for
     results within the project mandate

 Performing administrative tasks (email, Only Office, JIRA, excel, word, etc.)

 Full support for clients and the project team

 Monitoring deadlines, tasks, and open statuses

 Preparation of reminders, project reports, status reports, and statements for
     management and clients

 Organization of project events, preparation for them, and active participation
     in them (invitation/notification, reminder, attendance sheet)

 Administering project progress and keeping the project folio (financial
     statement) up to date
